Goods purchased on WWW.BURKALIFA.EU are returned and/or exchanged in accordance with Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 2014. July 22 "Retail Trade Rules" approved by Resolution No. 738.

RETURN OF QUALITY ITEM

The buyer has the right within 14 days from the day of delivery or pick-up of the goods to return the Goods, whose merchandise appearance and/or packaging is intact.

  When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

• the product must be undamaged, unwrapped and untested by the Buyer;

• the returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer;

• goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of their receipt.

• have a document confirming the purchase of the product or its copy.

In order to return the high-quality Product(s), the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (e-mail) to the e-mail address: info@burkalifa.eu or come to the Burkalifa office at S.Stanevičiaus 42, Vilnius, during office hours.

The seller has the right to refuse to accept Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or the Goods cannot be returned in other cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned Goods do not change.

The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods returned or exchanged by the Buyer in the cases provided for in Clause 58 of these Rules, as well as if it is determined that the Goods are damaged, the labels are removed and/or damaged, the protective film is torn off, the packaging is damaged, etc. and/or the Goods have been used.

The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration of the quality of the Goods, if the Buyer or the persons to whom the Buyer transferred the Goods used them for purposes other than those for which such Goods are normally used, did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, storage, use and/or storage of the Goods, as well also, if the packaging of the Goods and other external defects are visible, not discussed in writing at the time of the transfer of the Goods, whether the deterioration of the quality of the Goods is due to the actions of the Buyer or other persons to whom the Buyer transferred the Goods.

Money for returned Goods is transferred by payment order to the payer's bank account. The amount of money returned to the user includes the delivery costs paid by the user. After exercising the right to return a quality product, the cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the event that you have purchased a cosmetic, perfume or hygiene product of inappropriate quality, you have the right to return such product to us. A defective product will be replaced free of charge with a quality product. In the event that the reason for the return of the product is inadequate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inadequate quality with a product of adequate quality at our own expense. In the case of an application for a product of possibly inadequate quality, it is important to save and have the document confirming the purchase of the product or a copy of it.

If a dispute arises and the user believes that UAB BURKALIFA has violated his rights or legitimate interests, the user must first apply in writing to the e-mail address info@burkalifa.eu, indicating a specific claim.

Article 21, Part 2 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law states that the Seller (service provider), upon receiving a consumer claim, must, no later than within 14 days from the date of the consumer's appeal (if it does not satisfy the consumer's requirements or partially satisfies them):

• provide a detailed and motivated written answer, based on documents, regarding the requirements raised in the claim;

• specify information about the subject of non-judicial settlement of consumer disputes, competent to resolve consumer disputes;

• provide the answer to the user by e-mail or in another durable medium;

• examine the claim free of charge.
